Rum Dictador Best of 1978 comes from distillation with pot still type discontinuous alembic and aging for 40 years in single ex-Bourbon cask.
Bottled in 2018 at full strength, there are very few bottles produced, only 300. Numbered one by one on the handwritten label and signed by the Master Blender Hernan Parra.
The aromatic profile of Rum Dictador Best of 1978 Altisimo is sweet, rich and pleasantly woody, with prevailing notes of honey, dried fruit, caramel, coffee, cinnamon.
