Dictator Jerarquia 33 Years Fino is a super limited edition (only 281 bottles produced) produced in 1987 and which has undergone 33 years of aging in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry barrels.
The nose is fruity with notes of red wine, hot chocolate and honey. On the palate it is spicy and fruity with notes of vanilla, tropical fruit (pineapple, mango and coconut) and cherry blossoms. It ends in a finish characterized by notes of dark chocolate and tobacco.
Jerarquía is an unrivaled collection of ancient and rare rum barrels, carefully guarded by the Parra family, the owners of the famous Colombian rum Dictador. Jerarquía, which in Spanish means hierarchy, reflects the patience and nobility of these rums that have been left to rest in the best American oak, sherry and port barrels.
