Whiskey Akashi Single Malt 6 Y.O. White Wine Cask is a limited edition Japanese Whiskey.
Produced from 100% Scottish barley with double distillation through 2 "pot still".
The stills of the distillery only work for one month a year so the amount of whiskey produced is always very limited
Aging for 5 years in ex-cognac barrels and the last 10 months in barrels that previously contained Chardonnay white wine.
Dark amber color with golden reflections, pleasant to the nose with floral and white fruit notes.
Round and refined on the palate with woody and citrus scents with a sweet finish.
Perfect to accompany a salmon sashimi dinner.
