Secret Islay 2011
Secret Islay 2011 comes from one of the most important distilleries on the south coast of Islay. The Silver Seal distillery offers a single cask ex-Porto, bottled at the end of 2021 at the full alcohol content of 53.9%.
Aroma: Cooked red fruit, with caramel and raspberry jam. Next to it, a marine and mineral smoke of island peat grows. Palate: Toffee, peat smoke and citrus with a persistent sweetness. Final: A pleasant balance of peat, fruit and sweetness.
