Nikka Coffey Gin 

It is obtained thanks to the perfect balance between 11 selected botanists and the silky texture of Coffey distillates. The bright and spicy aroma of four types of Japanese citrus, Yuzu, Kabosu, Amanatsu and Shequasar, completes the traditional botanical gins of juniper berries, angelica, coriander seeds, lemon and orange peels. There is also a touch of apples, a fruit deeply linked to the story of Nikka, followed by pleasantly sapid hints of Japanese Sansho green pepper on the finish.

Nikka Coffey Vodka

It is a vodka with flavor and consistency. The secret behind this extremely smooth feeling and delicate taste is the quality of Coffey distillates and the precision in mixing. Corn and barley are distilled separately in various batches with slight difference in ABV and taste profile. These lots are carefully mixed by experts and then refined with white birch charcoal. This vodka with spicy notes, a rich sweetness and a milky feeling that perfectly captures the exquisite fullness brought by the Coffey Still.

Nikka Coffey Grain whisky

It is mainly produced with corn and distilled in a Coffey Still. The complex, sweet and mellow flavors of this expression will help you rediscover the beauty of a cereal whiskey. The Coffey Still is the first patented continuous in the world invented by Mr. Aeneas Coffey in 1830. Masataka Taketsuru has appreciated the characteristic of this type of alembic, which preserves the flavors of the ingredients and also creates a special consistency.

Nikka Coffey Malt whisky

Coffey Malt Whiskey is made from 100% barley malt. However it is not classified as "malt whiskey" but as "wheat whiskey" since it is not distilled in a pot yet.This exclusive production method translates into extraordinary flavors and consistencies.
