Bourgogne Blanc 2021
The grapes used to produce this Bourgogne Blanc 100% Chardonnay are organic/biodynamic grapes grown on 60 year old vines in Meursault and harvested by hand. Fermentation with wild yeast and aging in old oak barrels for 15 months. Unfiltered and bottled with a small amount of sulfur.
This Burgundy is a full-bodied, round but fresh white, with good acidity. The strong lemon flavors combine wonderfully with a smoky, toasted reduction. A complex and rich wine that is ideal served with fish or chicken.
