Fred Jerbis AMARO
AMARO by Fred Jerbis is made with a single alcoholic infusion, as in the ancient pharmacopoeia. Most of the 16 botanicals used are harvested directly from Italian trees: lime, mulberry, ash, cypress, birch and black currant. A light brown color, completely natural, with a very low percentage of sugar.
Hints of buds, with a vegetal touch typical of trees.
Taste Herbaceous, balanced and delicate, with intense and round notes and a pleasant bitter touch. Hints of bark, buds, typical fruits of the trees, as in an undergrowth where it has just rained.
In the final light citrus scent
In addition to the more classic use as an after meal, it is very suitable for used in the great cocktails of the past, to give a personalized touch.
