It took over two years of intense collaboration between Marian Beke, the famous bartender of the Gibson Bar in London, and the historic Casoni liquor factory in Modena, to arrive at the production of three contemporary liqueurs, which can bring the great Italian tradition into the hyperuranium of world mixing, thanks to the concept of "Savory" which particularly distinguishes Beke's style.

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP, cherries from Emilia Romagna and figs: a mix of excellence that can only give life to a great liqueur. Very pleasant smooth, amazing in mixing thanks to the silky texture on the palate, which recalls the drink. Excellent after a meal. A hymn to Emilia, a land of gastronomic wonders that never ceases to amaze.
