Classic Method Sparkling Wine not dosed obtained from Durella grapes.
The grapes are harvested in the vineyards located between Monte Duello and Monte Calvarina at an average altitude of 450 meters above sea level.

On the nose this sparkling wine expresses great breadth, intensity and balance, with sulphurous and floral notes, such as wisteria and acacia flowers, assisted and supported on the palate by an elegant and marked dry, mineral and very dry finish.
A sparkling wine capable of expressing typicality, once tasted it does not you can do without.

Aging on its own yeasts in bottles for 36 months.
