Black ADAMAS® caviar is an Italian caviar obtained from Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser Baerii), processed with the traditional "Malossol" method. The Baerii is the typical Siberian sturgeon of the Lena River and is easily recognizable by its long and pointed nose. It takes 8 years to wait to get caviar from this species.
The egg diameter is about 2.5 / 2.8 mm with shades ranging from pearl gray to gunmetal gray.
The taste is soft, the fine and elegant flavor with a pleasant fragrance is sometimes accompanied by a fresh final aromatic note.
