

The Bacon Fumè Bettella is obtained from the abdomen of the Tranquillo® Pig, the extra-heavy pig whose age is about 24 months and weighs over 300 kg. After marinating with a mix of salt and Trentino herbs, it is gently smoked with cherry wood, which gives a characteristic, velvety and non-invasive flavor that respects and enhances the softness of the meat.
Il Maiale Tranquillo® is the result of the passion of years of work dedicated by the Bettella company. Throughout the stage of its life, the pig is cared for with great care, grows slowly, lives in very large spaces and feeds only on cereals grown by the company itself.
