RETURN TO SICILY

Sicilian Pale Ale produced with perciasacchi wheat, Sicilian citrus peel, sumac berries (Rhus Coriaria) and pink pepper berries. Beer characterized by a bitter taste, by the characteristic perfume given by the citrus fruits of Sicily and by the addition of the sumac berries and pink pepper.

 Excellent as an aperitif but also for the whole meal. It prefers dishes with strong flavors, from street food such as bread and panelle, stigliola, bread with spleen, to meat-based dishes but also tasty first courses such as baked pasta, pasta with sardines, etc.
