The musona onion ... what a passion!
The starting point is an ancient Venetian onion with a large bulb and a sweet and not very pungent flavour, which in this recipe is subjected to smoking that makes it even more appetising!
The cut of the onion allows you to wrap all the aromas of high oleic sunflower oil and cold smoked extra virgin olive oil with beech shavings.
In this smoked version it is perfect for any recipe or appetiser and to accompany raw or cooked meats, cold cuts and cold cuts and soft cheeses.
