The Nebbiolo grapes, used for this New Trends, come from vineyards grown on the steep slopes of the Rhaetian Alps on a mixed rocky matrix of serpentine and granite covered by a thin layer of sandy but rich in skeleton. This wine was obtained following a careful manual selection of the grapes, which were then dried on racks until the end of the following February; the fermentation was carried out spontaneously by indigenous yeasts.
Wine with an important but slender drink, it offers a round, structured and very soft sip but, at the same time, balanced and dynamic thanks to the linear freshness and a caressing tannic texture even if still pleasantly vivid; very long finish.
