Iovi Tonant we dedicated it to the limestone boulders of the temple of Caudium, the Samnite city that existed in the area occupied today by Montesarchio. A thundering Jupiter, a dedication that well describes the power of these grapes. "Aglianico in purity, bred from secular plants with a free foot, aged for 24 months in oak barrels. It's ruby red with violet reflections. The nose notes evolve from fruity hints to jam and spices. In the mouth it is balsamic, tannic and mineral with a taste of liquorice and tobacco in the finish.
