From grapes harvested in the Fidelis vineyard in the volcanic hilly area of Gambellara at an average altitude of 270 meters above sea level.
Production area: Monte Mezzo (extinct volcano) in Gambellara (VI).
With a yield per hectare of only 40 hl with a Veronese pergola training system.
Grapes: Merlot 80%, Cabernet Sauvignon 20%
Harvest: mid October
Vinification: cryomaceration and fermentation on its skins
Aging: on the skins for 120 days and then three years in contact with its own yeasts in concrete barrels.
