GlenAllachie 12 Years Old
The GlenAllachie 12 Years Old is the basic release of the new distillery, each barrel that composes it has been selected by Billy Walker and has aged for at least 12 years, the mix is made up of ex-bourbon, ex-sherry and new barrels (virgin oak). The result is a whiskey with a sweet and fruity profile.
Color: Glossy amber
Aroma: Fruit welcomes us with notes of red grapes, pineapple and banana followed by marzipan and a light herbaceous side
Taste: The palate is slightly dry and spicy with notes of ginger, honey, toffee and vanilla Final
: Medium persistence, creamy, with notes of vanilla, honey, barley malt and raisins with hints of ginger
