Grillo in purity, white berried grape that tells the story of the Sicilian terroir in the wine sector. This variety is grown by the Mandrarossa winery in vineyards between 80 and 200 meters above sea level, facing south. Here the terroir is coastal characterized by a sandy subsoil.
Grillo Costadune di Mandrarossa, in the glass it has a straw color. Young the nose, which tells of aromas, from balsamic to fruity, touching even more marine notes. On the palate it is light-bodied, dynamic with a sip that flows smoothly thanks to a beautiful mineral and saline texture. A good white with a very convenient quality-price ratio.
