Pacher Hof's Muller Thurgau is a South Tyrolean white wine from the Isarco Valley and more precisely from the Novacella area, where the vineyards that give rise to this spicy white rest on morainic soils rich in sand and clay and undergo a strong temperature range between day and night. It expresses a vegetal and aromatic bouquet on the nose, with aromas of nutmeg, pear pulp and mixed white flowers, crowned by a fresh and mineral sip.
Suggested pairings: aperitif, light appetizers, boiled, pritto or grilled fish, fresh cheese
