From one of the historical and most appreciated Sicilian grape varieties, Nero d'Avola, Rosso Amaro is born in Syracuse.
Laurel, thistle, cinnamon, thyme, carob, orange peel are only some of the 32 aromatic herbs that are subjected to a long and slow process of maceration and infusion to create the best possible combination with the Nero d'Avola red wine base.
A unique amaro. Intense, full-bodied and persistent to the taste, it best expresses all its characteristics if served cold.
Thanks to its exclusive recipe, it is suitable for use in mixolgy for the preparation of "Twist on Classic" on vermouth-based cocktails, such as Negroni and Manhattan.
