Philipponnat Royale Réserve Non Dosée
This Royal Réserve Non-Dosé is produced with grapes coming mostly from Grand and Premier Cru of Champagne and aged on the lees for 3 years. The total absence of dosage allows the wine to express itself in all its character and purity.
The assembly involves the use of about 20-30% of reserve wines aged in wooden barrels using the solera method. It is an elegant and intense Champagne which, thanks to a long aging on the lees and the use of reserve wines, releases a bouquet of lime, vine flower and hawthorn when tasted. supported by the typical mineral freshness of a great terroir.
It goes well with light fish dishes, sushi, oysters and fish carpaccio. Excellent as an aperitif.
