Michele Satta “Cavaliere” is a 100% Sangiovese, coming from a very strict selection of the best grapes belonging to the Vignanova vineyard.
Fermented in wood and aged over 24 months in second and third passage barriques. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts.
Michele Satta's Toscana Rosso “Cavaliere” has a brilliant ruby red color in the glass. The bouquet is based on elegance and complexity marked by berries, dried roses and violets, aromatic herbs and wild blooms, essences and balsamic traces, finished with a fine and captivating spice. In the mouth it is intense, with great body and balance. A blend of freshness and flavor determines drinkability and makes it difficult to stop for a small taste.
