Demerara Enmore 1990 Moon Import 30 Y.O.
Distilled exclusively from sugar cane, distilled with the Patent Still method in 1990, it is bottled in 2020, after having spent the entire aging period in Scotland.
A Demerara rum from Guyana, distilled in Pot Still on the Enmore plantation. Selected to be aged in ex Sherry barrels, it reaches an amazing elegance.
Nose: heather, mountain mint, sage and rosemary in bloom, essence of tamarind, “Bleu de Chanel”. Mouth: soft but spicy, fat but nervous, caramelized and spiced banana.
Rum clean, light but consistent in taste, elegant in the finish.
Numbered bottle, limited production.
