TBRC Casa Santana Colombia 6YO batch No ° 2 is obtained by combining a blend of multicolored molasses-based rums from Colombia and the Caribbean.
Nose: Vanilla sticks welcome spicy mango and mandarin, while sultanas and toasted oak add depth.
Palate: notes of banana bread and mango pressed with coconut, followed by sweet and dark raisins and slightly earthy notes.
Finale: Oak and hot spices pile up, with hints of ginger and bitter cocoa.
On the left of the label is depicted a big old Andean condor, which is the bird Colombian national team, clinging to her drink in dismay, while a creepy sorceress appears to be able to play "pontoon".
Batch 2 is an edition of 220 bottles.
