The Gin Glacialis by Levi is a spirit obtained from the distillation of wild juniper berries, harvested by hand on the impervious slopes of the Aosta Valley, in the shadow of the highest peaks in Europe.

These small berries, together with the pure and fresh water that flows at the foot of the alpine glaciers of the region, are the ingredients that embellish Gin Glacialis, a product with an unmistakable aroma.
< br /> A dry, fine, clear and decisive distillate, produced by the distillation in a discontinuous alembic still in a bain-marie of wild Mont Blanc juniper. In the tulip-shaped glass it is clear and crystalline, granting refined and intense notes of juniper to the nose.
